One that said:
“You were never the blur.
You were always the light behind it.”
That voice wasn’t new.
It was ancient.
It was mine.
CSR Didn’t Give Me Goodness—It Revealed It
It showed me:
- I was resilient even when I didn’t feel strong
- I was gentle even when I couldn’t move fast
- I was thoughtful even when I didn’t have the words
- I was still me—even when I couldn’t prove it
Healing didn’t require me to become someone new.
It invited me to remember who I already was.
This Is What I Found Beneath the Blur
- Compassion—for myself
- Patience—for my body
- Grace—for the days I faltered
- Gratitude—for the smallest joys
And with every breath that wasn’t rushed,
every moment I didn’t fill,
I came home to the version of me that never left.
Bottom Line:
CSR didn’t make me better.
It made me aware.
Of what was good.
Of what was sacred.
Of what had been mine all along.
The blur didn’t steal my light.
It only made me pause long enough to see it again.
